Our proposal and date picnic setups are designed to create an intimate, beautifully styled setting for meaningful moments. Each setup is thoughtfully arranged with layered décor, cozy seating, elegant table styling, and curated details that make the experience feel romantic and special. Whether you’re planning a proposal, anniversary, or a simple date with elevated charm, our setups create the perfect atmosphere to slow down, connect, and celebrate together.

Picnic Dates (including delivery, setup, & takedown):

• starts at $250 + additional delivery fee depending on location + add-ons + permits (if needed for your venue) + event styling services (for custom themes)

Base Picnic Setup & Add-Ons:

• Base Setup includes rug/blanket+tarp, picnic basket, picnic table, a cushion per person, table linens, table decor (with fake flowers), & placesettings.

• Add-Ons

  • Styled Tipi or extra umbrellas - $20 each

  • Extra Cushions - $3 each

  • Large Picnic Blankets - $20 each

  • Over the table rods with decorations - $50

  • Large Lawn Games (Connect 4, Cornhole) - $25 each

  • Giant Jenga with it’s own blanket/low table setup - $50

  • 16×20 Event Poster w/ Easel - $50

  • Food Pickup (Cake, takeout, etc)

  • $150 - Marin County, Napa County, Monterey County, San Benito County
