Our proposal and date picnic setups are designed to create an intimate, beautifully styled setting for meaningful moments. Each setup is thoughtfully arranged with layered décor, cozy seating, elegant table styling, and curated details that make the experience feel romantic and special. Whether you’re planning a proposal, anniversary, or a simple date with elevated charm, our setups create the perfect atmosphere to slow down, connect, and celebrate together.
Picnic Dates (including delivery, setup, & takedown):
starts at $250 + additional delivery fee depending on location + add-ons + permits (if needed for your venue) + event styling services (for custom themes)
Base Picnic Setup & Add-Ons:
Base Setup includes rug/blanket+tarp, picnic basket, picnic table, a cushion per person, table linens, table decor (with fake flowers), & placesettings.

Posh Picnics
Our signature picnic setups are thoughtfully styled on 40-inch-deep tables with a curated mix of servingware and table décor, designed to create a beautiful yet functional gathering space. The added depth allows guests to comfortably sit, dine, and truly gather around the table, making each setup feel more inviting, connected, and elevated. It’s a detail that sets our picnics apart and helps turn every celebration into a shared experience and meaningful memory.
Group Picnics (including delivery, setup, & takedown):
starts at $250 for up to 4 people + $30/ additional person + additional delivery fee depending on location + add-ons + permits (if needed for your venue)
Our signature picnic setups are on 40in deep tables with a mixture of servingware and table decor. We provide 30in deep tables if you’re serving individually packaged foods for each guests instead of serving food buffet style.

High Tea Parties
Our high tea party services are designed to create a beautiful, shared experience centered around the table. Each setup includes teaware, dessert stands, table linens and décor, complete place settings, and custom menus and place cards for every guest. With servingware and table decor styled along the center of the table, the layout feels inviting and perfect for gathering, encouraging guests to sip, share, and connect. To complete the look, our floral arrangements are created with faux blooms for a polished design that stays fresh throughout the event.
High Tea Parties:
Starts at $200 for up to 6 people + $30/ additional person + additional delivery fee depending on location + add-ons + permits (if needed for your venue)
We do setups for up to ~100 guests. Additional $15/person for parties over 20 guests.
Tables & chairs not provided, but we can arrange with vendors if you request it.

Styled to feel both inviting and intentional, our tablescapes create the perfect setting for guests to gather, celebrate, and enjoy every detail of the experience.
