Luxury Picnics

Our signature picnic setups are thoughtfully styled on 40-inch-deep tables with a curated mix of servingware and table décor, designed to create a beautiful yet functional gathering space. The added depth allows guests to comfortably sit, dine, and truly gather around the table, making each setup feel more inviting, connected, and elevated. It’s a detail that sets our picnics apart and helps turn every celebration into a shared experience and meaningful memory.

Group Picnics (including delivery, setup, & takedown):

  • starts at $250 for up to 4 people + $30/ additional person + additional delivery fee depending on location + add-ons + permits (if needed for your venue) + event styling services (for custom themes)

  • Our signature picnic setups are on 40in deep tables with a mixture of servingware and table decor. We provide 30in deep tables if you’re serving individually packaged foods for each guests instead of serving food buffet style.

Base Picnic Setup & Add-Ons:

  • Base Setup includes rug/blanket+tarp, picnic basket, 1 outdoor umbrella per table, picnic table, a cushion per person, table linens, table decor (with fake flowers), & placesettings with custom menus & placecards.

  • Add-Ons

    • Tipis or extra umbrellas - $20 each

    • Extra Cushions - $3 each

    • Large Picnic Blankets - $20 each

    • Over the table rods with decorations - $75/table

    • Large Lawn Games (Connect 4, Cornhole) - $25 each

    • Giant Jenga with it’s own blanket/low table setup - $50

    • 16×20 Event Poster w/ Easel - $50
